The contact form prepares a message on your device. The form does not send the details to Santos Real Estate or store them in a website database. When you choose to open your messaging app and send a text, the information is transmitted through your messaging provider.

Website operation

The main website uses locally hosted fonts and photography and does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Submitted lead forms are processed through Follow Up Boss as described below. The website hosting provider may process standard request information needed to serve the site.

Website lead forms

The form at santosrealestate.co/forms/ sends your name, contact information, selected interest, town and message to Justin Santos's Follow Up Boss account when you submit it. Your contact permission and campaign labels included in the form link are also recorded with the inquiry. Follow Up Boss stores this information for follow-up.

The website keeps limited technical records to prevent repeated submissions and abuse. These records contain submission identifiers and hashes, not a copy of your name, email, phone number or message. Your unsubmitted form entries remain in the current browser page and are not saved in browser storage.

Separate native inquiry questionnaires

The separate inquiry questionnaires keep your answers in the current page until you choose to send them. Closing or refreshing the page clears your answers. Submitting the buyer and seller questionnaire at /start/, the cash offer questionnaire at /cash-offer/, the investment inquiry at /invest/, or either free guide request at /buyers-guide/ and /sellers-guide/ sends your answers, contact permission and any campaign labels in your link to Justin Santos’s Follow Up Boss account for follow-up. These answers may include property details, timing, preferences, an optional mortgage estimate, your intended investment range and your self-reported accredited-investor status, depending on the form you choose. Guide requests include your name and contact details so Justin can follow up with the requested guide. Follow Up Boss stores the submitted inquiry. The website retains only limited technical submission records, as described above; it does not store a copy of your questionnaire answers. A form marked as unavailable cannot send an inquiry.
